1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Hata ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hata is a web application that helps users find properties in Poland by scoring real estate listings based on configurable criteria (commute time, amenity accessibility, environmental factors). The Service aggregates publicly available listing data and enriches it with geospatial analytics.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time through the application.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service costs $10 USD per month, billed monthly.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service

6. Data Accuracy

Property listings, scores, and geospatial data are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Scores are calculated based on publicly available information and user-configured weights — they do not constitute professional advice.

Always verify property details independently before making purchasing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, scoring algorithms, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Property listing data originates from public sources and remains the property of the respective listing platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on scoring data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the application or contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
